We take great pride in our work and each piece we make is created specifically for each bride. Due to the intricate level of work, detailed processes and amount of time involved in creating our designs we are unable to offer refunds at this time. Refunds are only offered in the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty.

Please take time to consider your chosen piece. If you require advice or help in making the right decision please contact us before placing your order. We would strongly advise you to visit us in person, however we realise that this isn’t always possible and in some cases we may be able to arrange for you to try a sample before placing your order. Please contact us for further information. It is important to us that you love your accessories and exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
