DELIVERY TIMESCALES
From the date of ordering, delivery of your handmade item could take up to 6 weeks depending on our workload but is usually much quicker than this. We will always contact you with an estimated delivery timescale as soon as we receive your order. If you need an order urgently please contact us as we will usually be able to accomodate.
Timescales are similar for our range by other designers as we may need to order your items if we do not have them in stock. Again we will notify you of an expected delivery date.
The exception to the above is our one-off costume jewellery pieces which are avialble for immediate despatch.
PACKAGING
Your tiara or hair accessory will arrive wrapped in pink acid-free tissue paper (to protect from tarnishing) in a pink keepsake box. Your jewellery will arrive in our pink jewellery boxes or velvet pouches.
JEWELLERY CARE
- Try to store each piece of jewellery separately in boxes or bags. Try not to hang necklace or bracelets as they will weaken
- Put your jewellery and accessories on after spraying hairspray or perfume
- Gently rub silver jewellery with a soft clean cloth to maximise shine
- Carefully wipe pearls with a soft damp cloth after wearing to remove perfume or other products.
- If you are careful and try to take a few precautions you will be able to enjoy your precious jewellery for years to come.
