Q: WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

A: Our boutique is situated in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire and is home to our office, workroom and showroom, where we like to welcome our brides for a one to one personal consultation. Please contact us directly 01563532561 or email info@corrinesmith.com to book your appointment. Alternatively you can order any of our products from our online shop or from our selected stockists.

Q: WHAT IS THE CURRENT LEAD TIME ON ORDERS?

A: All of our accessories are handcrafted to order just for you. Normal lead times are 4-6 weeks from the date of order but may be longer during busy times. Should you fall in love with one of our designs and need to have it urgently, please contact us at info@corrinesmith.com and we will do our best to accommodate your timescale. A rush order charge may apply.

Q: I WOULD LIKE TO TRY SOME ITEMS FROM YOUR SIMPLICITY RANGE, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

A: The simplicity range is available to buy exclusively online. This means that we have been able to design and offer this range which is accessible to every budget without compromising on quality.

Q: THE DESIGN THAT I LIKE IS SHOWN BEING WORN TO THE LEFT AND I NEED IT FOR THE RIGHT AND I WOULD PREFER THE BAND TO BE WRAPPED IN A DIFFERENT COLOUR.

A: If you are placing an order for a headdress through our online shop, we will always follow up your confirmation email to confirm your exact requirements regarding headband colour and positioning.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide and shipping is charged accordingly during the checkout process.

Q: HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED?

A: All Corrine Smith Design headdresses will be sent to you in our own signature boxes printed with our logo. Items of jewellery will be sent in our signature jewellery boxes or velvet pouches depending on the size. All items are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper for added protection.

Q: WHERE ARE CORRINE SMITH DESIGN PIECES MADE?

A: All Corrine Smith Design accessories are made by hand, in-house in our workroom in Kilmarnock, Scotland.

Q: I LOVE YOUR WORK BUT I’M NOT SURE WHICH ACCESSORIES WILL WORK BEST WITH MY DRESS?

A: To benefit from our expertise and receive individual styling advice we recommend that you make an appointment to visit us in the showroom for a personal consultation

Q: DO YOU OFFER A BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICE?

A: Yes, we offer a service where we will work with you to create a piece which is totally unique to you. We are able to take on a limited number of bespoke designs at any given time. A non-refundable deposit is required before the process begins. Please contact us for more information.

Q:I LOVE A PARTICULAR DESIGN BUT THE COLOURS WON’T WORK FOR ME. CAN YOU HELP?

A: Yes, as we will be making the piece especially for you we can customise the colour, size and other elements to suit your exact requirements. Please contact us before ordering.
